Production, Quality Assurance & Research Department
The production department is responsible for the manufacturing process of our products. Its primary function is to ensure that products or services are produced efficiently, on time, and to the required quality standards.The primary aim of this department is to reduce production costs by ensuring the optimal usage of resources like labor, equipment, and raw materials.the department thoroughly examine materials and products before, after, and during production to identify deviations from specifications and defects. The department is been lead by Mr Mawunya Francis The Production, Quality Assurance & Research Department is made up of the following three (3) Units:
- Production Unit
- Plant & Maintenance Unit
- Quality Assurance Unit
